Obi Wan Kenobi is an elegant gentleman from a more civilized age. Whether he's impotently watching his master get murdered, training an extremely powerful Sith lord, or leading the losing side of the clone wars, ( starting to wish you'd picked someone else huh?) he comports himself like a true gentleman.
his accomplishments include ..........uuhhh...........hmm........he killed-no that was Luke............well damn..........OH YEAH! He died.

I think it's interesting what you said about "a more civilized age." In the Star Wars Universe the people probably would consider themselves more civilized than us because of their superior technology. Yet, the culture of the Star Wars Universe is definitely more violent than most "civilized" areas of the Earth are today. Just very interesting. Can you tell I'm studying for a test on Western philosophy?
